Llamedos Holiday Camp Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy
All attendees, and volunteers at Llamedos Holiday Camp are required to agree with the
following code of conduct.
Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event.
We expect
cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

The Quick Version
Llamedos Holiday Camp is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
We do not tolerate harassment of attendees in any form. Abuse, sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other Social media.
Llamedos Holiday Camp participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of Dragons Are Us Ltd.
Llamedos Holiday Camp reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, Llamedos Holiday Camp at any time in its sole discretion.
The decision of the Event Organiser is final
The Less Quick Version
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other
concerns, please contact a Purple Coat immediately.
Purple Coats can be identified as they'll
be wearing Purple Coats and/or staff badges.
Purple Coats will be happy to help participants contact the local police force, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
Llamedos Holiday Camp reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, Llamedos Holiday Camp (including future Llamedos Holiday Camps and other events run by Dragons Are Us Ltd.) at any time in its sole discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to, attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to
comply with this policy, and the terms and conditions herein.
If a participant engages in harassing or
uncomfortable behavior, Llamedos Holiday Camp may take any action they deem appropriate, including
warning or expelling the offender from the event with no refund.
Dragons Are Us Ltd reserves the right to share information on banned person/ persons with other Event Organisers (Events not run by Dragons Are Us Ltd) if it is felt that it would be in the best interests of the attendees for those Event Organisers to have that knowledge.
