Online Event Behaviour policy

Llamedos On the Clacks is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin or other protected class.

We expect all Llamedos On the Clacks event participants and speakers to help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated during any portion of the event.

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions.
Harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments or visual images related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability or other personal characteristics, including those protected by law.
Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images.
Real or implied threat of professional or financial damage or harm.
Inappropriate disruption of activities or events.
Recording or replicating in any manner, any part of Llamedos On the Clacks without written permission from Dragons Are Us Ltd. This includes panels, talks, shows, activites, games, chat boxes, direct messages, schedules and/or any other material (audio/video/written/visuals) presented by Llamedos On the Clacks. This list is not exhaustive.

Reporting harassment to the Llamedos On The Clacks team:

Report harassment and disruptive behaviors to LLOC staff at info@llamedosholidaycamp.com or via direct message to any of our event moderators who will have the Moderator or Organiser tag next to their name.

Consequences of misconduct may include:

Immediate removal from the event without warning.
Restrictions from future Llamedos events.
