This is the most important newsletter.

Tickets go on sale on Tuesday 1st July at 6pm BST.

There are only 150 tickets available.

Tickets cost £155 each and include all entertainment, main courses for Friday and Saturday, goodie bags, all equipment needed for activities and your Hogs Ball entry including main and desserts on Sunday.

The Hogs Ball at Llamedos Holiday Camp takes place from 6th - 8th March 2026

Rincewind the web wizzard here, Rwby asked me to give you information about how to purchase your Hogs Ball at Llamedos Holiday Camp tickets.

Remember there are only 150 tickets and based on previous events they sell pretty fast!

Please Don't Panic, once you have added tickets to your cart you have approximately 30 minutes to enter your card details. This is plenty of time to get your details correct. Please ensure you really do know your email address and enter it correctly. Please ensure it is an email address you use and can receive emails on. Please do not panic if you don't get immediate notification of your tickets. If in doubt email us at info@llamedosholidaycamp.com and we will check to see what has happened and try to help correct it.

How to purchase tickets!

Tickets will become available to purchase from Tuesday 1st July at 6pm BST.

Things to have ready:

  • Debit / credit card
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your postcode
  • An idea of the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

Visit the tickets page!

If you visit the page before tickets become available you will see a disabled button with a countdown timer on it. Once the world gets to the designated time the screen will refresh and the Add to Cart button will become active.

To add a weekend ticket to your basket hit the Add to Cart button. The screen will refresh and you will see your ticket in the basket below the button. You can add up to an additional three tickets to the basket.

Once you have the appropriate number of tickets in your basket click on the Checkout Now button.

You will be taken to the checkout page hosted by Stripe (our payment partner) where you will have up to 30 minutes to enter your card details / name / email address, telephone and postcode.
You should see a form similar to the image below. Note this an example yours will not say Test Ticket.

Note: 30 minutes is plenty of time. Take a breath and check that you have entered your details correctly. Especially your email address.

Once you have entered and checked your details click on the Pay button. Once your details have been confirmed and payment taken you will be returned to our website.

In the background you will receive two emails, one from Stripe confirming payment and one from us asking you to register your account.

You can relax a little now as you have managed to purchase tickets. Now we need to register your account.

Open your email and click on the "Click to Register" link within your email from us.

Once you have chosen a password and clicked the Register button you will be given the opportunity to log into the Guest Area where you will be able to enter addition ticket information such as badge name, date of birth, and complete our allergy form for your safety.

We'll talk about the information we ask for and why in a future newsletter, but for now, good luck, we'll see you on the other side!
