You may have noticed we've been a little quiet here at Llamedos HQ.
Rwby has been doing lots of admin work behind the scenes, and has now also created our merchandise "on the clacks" store!
Yes, you will be able to purchase Hogs Ball Pyjamas amongst all the other lovely stuff our merchandise elves have created for The Hogs Ball.
More about that in a moment though.
HOTELS.
We are hoping all of you who were lucky enough to get a room at The Diplomat Hotel have contacted them and paid your deposit!!
On the day of the deadline, the lovely Tracy at The Diplomat informed me that some of you still hadn't paid your deposit.
If you are uncertain whether you got a room/camping spot at The Diplomat or a room at The Sessile Oak, please log in to the guest area on our website and you will find your hotel listed under "Hotel" including your check in and check out dates and who you will be sharing with.
If you haven't secured a room with either The Diplomat or The Sessile Oak, it will be blank.
Whilst you are there, please click "Edit ticket" and make sure you have filled in all the details and your emergency contact details.
If you have other tickets in your name, please fill in the details for them as we cannot allow anyone to attend without us knowing WHO they are!
We will turn away anyone whose name does not appear on our system!
NOT GOT A ROOM ?
We currently have 10 rooms available at The Sessile Oak. at the total cost of £210 per room for the three nights. Check in: Fri 6th March 2026 Check Out: Mon 9th March 2026. This does not include breakfast.
We MUST sell these rooms before the end of November otherwise we will have to release them back to the Sessile Oak.
If you want a room there, please email info@llamedosholidaycamp.com with the subject line HOTEL PLEASE before the 26th November.
MERCHANDISE.
Our merchandise store is now LIVE.
We have everything from Hogs Ball Pyjamas to T-shirts and tote bags, mugs and water bottles and even a Hogs Ball Sack !!!!!!!
All items are printed to order so make sure you are 100% certain of sizes before payment.
If you want a size that is not listed, please contact us as the supplier may be able to get them in, the exception being the Pyjamas, we list all the sizes available for adults.
If you need a Children's size, bung us an email and I'll put up a special section in the shop just for you.
Not all products are guaranteed to be available in sizes we don't list, but we can inquire on your behalf and add it to the store if our supplier has it in stock.
If you live outside of the UK - We do not ship outside of the UK but we can provide a delivery address for your merchandise

NOW SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
The Hushed Hogfather Gift Exchange,
The Hogs Ball programme contains lots of wonderful activities including some Llamedos Holiday Camp staples such as the Talent Contest, Charity auction and Bingo.
As this event is a festive celebration, we will be running a Hushed Hogfather gift exchange as part of the event.
We would like every attendee to bring along a wrapped gift.
The rules for the gift exchange are simple:
- No food
- No Alcohol.
- Prefer Homemade or Pre-loved.
- Max spend: £10
- Nothing too big
- Suitable for any Llamedos attendee.
These gifts will be collected at Registration and will be distributed as part of The Hogs Ball Costume Ball on Sunday night.
Please don't forget to bring something as this relies on everyone bringing a hushed hogfather gift for everyone to receive one. We don't want anyone to potentially miss out.
CHARITY AUCTION.
We have traditionally run a charity auction to raise funds for our chosen charity which is The Wales Ape and Monkey Sanctuary.
If you have any items which you think another Llamedos attendee would pay money for, please drop us an email letting us know what the item is and maybe a photo of the item.
Whilst we don't curate this auction, it's good to know we have enough items before the event.
We are hoping to get the lovely Rosie from WAMS to come down and give a small talk about what WAMS is all about and why the money you raise is so important.
FAMILIES
Some of you chose Rwby's choice for your family.
Rwby now has time to sit and allocate you your family for the event.

If you can no longer attend Llamedos Holiday Camp, please be aware all resales must be done via our system and not independently.
As per our terms and conditions, all tickets are non-refundable, but we do operate a waiting list once all our tickets have been sold.
