With just 14 Days until the start of The Hogs Ball at Llamedos Holiday Camp, Rwby has some IMPORTANT INFORMATION for you.
First up, BADGE NAMES
We are closing the ability to change your BADGE NAME on Sunday 22nd Feb at 11pm UK time. This is so our id badge printing team can print and cut them ready for your arrival.
If you don't change your badge name, well…
Secondly TRANSPORT PASSES.
Those staying at The Sessile Oak should all have received an email from Rincewind with regards to purchasing a Transport Pass.
PLEASE ANSWER HIM even if you don't want one.
This will allow us to book the appropriate sized transportation.
You have until SUNDAY 22nd FEB at 11pm UK TIME to email with your response.
If you have NOT had an email from Rincewind, please check your Spam/Junk/Trash/Bin and if you cannot find it ..EMAIL US !
Thirdly, GUEST AREA.
If you haven't filled in your information in the GUEST AREA… WHY NOT?
It's super important for us to know if you are allergic to certain foods as we provide evening meals, or that you have a health condition and take enough pills to rattle!
As an event with experience of sending people to hospital via ambulance, we know what the paramedics want to know about you and why.
Rwby doesn't want you to risk any health complications from emergency treatment because you decided to write "My Mum Knows" when you haven't even given us her contact details as an emergency contact!
This information is only viewable by the Rwby/Rincewind team and will only ever be used if you have a medical emergency, we literally hit a button in our system and it will print out your information for the team to give to the paramedics.
BTW NHS Wales does not talk to NHS England or Scotland, so even asking a paramedic to phone your GP is not the best method to get information about you.

The Hogs Ball at Llamedos Holiday Camp happens at The Diplomat Hotel, Felinfoel Rd, Llanelli SA15 3PJ
You can check in to the event on Friday from 2pm at the registration desk. Please bring ID with you.
There will be a THURSDAY NIGHT Pub quiz in the Bar of The Diplomat Hotel starting at 7+1pm run by our resident Wizzard Rincewind. Anyone can come to this. Please bring a pen.
LASTLY, Helping our chosen charity.
Our chosen charity, The Wales Ape and Monkey Sanctuary, would love you to help them feed their animals, not literally but by providing a food parcel. We run a food drive just for them and they will take anything that is still sealed/unopened and within date. This includes: pasta/rice, squash, tinned vegetables/fruit, dried fruit, edible seeds, bird food, cat and dog food. Please check their Amazon wishlist as well for more ideas of what they need.

Rwby decided to help all campers with a useful checklist of things you need to pack.
CHECKLIST FOR PACKING
- Charity Auction items - don't forget to pack them
- Hushed Hogfather Item - don't forget to WRAP It and bring it.
- Sanity - you need just a little bit.
- Medicines - if you take them, bring them.
- Talent Contest Idea - always useful to have one.
- Clothes - not optional, you need to wear some.
- Friendly attitude - Nice not Naughty version
- Cleansing products - we prefer clean campers.
- Money - some as cash for the charity pots, some on a card for the traders and charity auction.
