Cancellation Policy

In the event that Welsh Government restrictions mean we cannot hold Llamedos Holiday Camp on its current published dates, we will postpone to a new date and inform you of this.

Cancellation insurance will not cover us in the event that a Global Pandemic or Governmental restrictions forces us to postpone.

This means we cannot guarantee you a full refund if you cannot attend the new date in this instance, we will however, do our best to provide a refund within our means. This may mean you have a short wait whilst we re-sell your ticket to provide us with the funds to refund you. This may also mean that we cannot refund you in full.

If you have a hotel room booked at the Diplomat Hotel or a camp site space booked with us, contact us as you will be refunded for your accommodation in full in this instance only.
